Copy Comments to New Query File

Upload the new query file and old query file (file with comments). Both files require column names exactly as following; 'Center', 'patient', 'phase_id', 'visit_id', 'Visit_sequence', 'form_id', 'Form_Instance_Id', 'Check code', 'Query'. The old query file should have a column 'Resolution' with status.
